I Used paypal to buy something on ali express, payment failed for an unknown reason so tried again, payment failed again and transaction unsuccessful again... I check bank and see that both payments were in fact deducted from my bank account. Nothing shows in orders and and still says 'pay now' on ali. Nothing showing in paypal exept two notifactions saying the transactions have been "pre authorised" whatever that means. I dont know if its related but i had to cancel one of my bank cards last week that was attatched to paypal and just now my paypal was showing a negative balance of $11.99. Will it be resolved as soon as the negative balance is resolved? Or is my money lost in cyber space or something? Will I need to contact anyone or will it sort itself out? Any helpful answers are appreciated.
