Payment on Hold

Hello there, So I'm a digital entrepreneur and I needed to process a customer payment through an invoice and need to get the things stated asap, I am providing digital services, not digital products, but I have confirmed it as shipped and it is saying to wait one day to deliver the funds. 

I have tried contacting the support even though the time was 1 PM CST noone was responding in chat under message centre and the call centre just transfered me to an accounts specialist  who was not available. 

I would not like to have this issue extended to 21 days as I need to deliver the services within that period of time. Thank you
