Payment confirmation received, no money appeared in bank account

Hi all, 

I hope anyone can help me

I transferred money to my bank account on March 31st and received an email confirming that the money should be in my account by now. 

Until today (April 4th) I haven't received any money in my bank account. 

I also can't reach anyone in Paypal to help me.
