PayPal Canada account to transfer in Pakistan. How to change country in profile address

Hi I opened my PayPal account few years ago when I was in Canadå and I have some balance amount in my account. Now I moved to Pakistan and want to transfer funds to either bank account or pick up cash but I can’t do it. I have tried Xoom also and after I insert all required details it shows that I already have PayPal account (same account I referred above). What I should do to get my funds to pakistan?. Thanks

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

Unfortunately Paypal is not supported or available in Pakistan.
