So my account has been tagged limited by paypal and my funds were held for like 180 days, a year has passed and I suddenly remembered my account, i got an email as well that I can withdraw my funds and so I tried and linked it to my GCash account, but when i was trying to withdraw it, it says I can't access my data. the question is does the withdrawal only work with just bank transfer?
