Move Payment from one credit card to another ? possible ?

Hi, Is it possible to move all my purchases from one credit card to another? (ofc, all made last week / 2 weeks )

and it's not yet charged by the company.

It's very important because it's not a private purchases and I should use another card for them

You can't change the funding source of completed payments unfortunately.

The sellers can refund you if they want to so you can pay again but offer to pay their paypal fee as it was your mistake?

Thought it like a bank account so I will be able to change the payment method for some cases
