Money transfer taking too long

PayPal help community I tried transferring money from Barclays to my PayPal account on the 5th of April and it’s saying it’s to be expected in my PayPal account on the 20th of April. Why does it take 15 days to transfer 200 pounds from my bank to my PayPal?

Why do you need to add funds to your balance? You realise do you that as a buyer you never need funds in your balance?
