Money suddenly gone from bank account after successfully withdrawing from Paypal

I've successfully transferred money from my Paypal to my debit card using the Instant feature.

The transaction was "Completed" and the money instantly reflected in my bank account.

The next day, the money was suddenly removed from my bank account. I called my bank, and they said Paypal took the money back.

But the money is not being reflected in my Paypal account, so it's just gone.

There are no transactions on the website saying that Paypal took the money back either.

Help please?
