Money on hold AGAIN!

I've been a member of PayPal for almost 20 years! Never had any issues but the last 18 months any money which comes into my account gets put on hold, I add the tracking details and items get delivered but are still on hold until I contact PayPal!

I've looked on hold documents from PayPal, why do you keep doing this PayPal?!

I understand the funds are on hold, it depends on the payment method selected by the sender/buyer. I request you to please check this article
