Money on Hold

Hello, i hope someone could help. It is my first time to use my paypal. I don't sell anything and then someone sent me money but paypal says it is on hold until item is shipped. I don't have items to be shipped. how to unhold my money and how long will it take before i received?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent payment you've received. If the payment is received as a Goods and Services payment, there may be a chance it is placed on hold.
