Managing autopayment

I am currently set to autopayment to an organization. The email address did not have a paypal account up till now. How do I cancel the transaction? I created an account with the email, but the autopay transactions are still not showing up in my paypal account.

Thanks for your post and welcome to PayPal community!

I'm sorry to know that transaction is not reflecting in your account. If you had setup the subscription before creating the account it would be as Guest payment. Please try contacting our support team and we will be able to help you cancel the subscription. You can then contact the merchant and set up the subscription.
