Information on debit card transactions that were declined?

Is there any way to get information on debit card transactions that were declined? I am receiving emails from PayPal informing me that my debit card was declined for lack of funds. I believe that they may be unauthorized but these emails do not tell me the amount of the charges, where they were made, or any other information about them.  They also do not appear to be reoccurring charges.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Ive just had 1 decline for $249.99.this money was transfer to my paypal acc on 27/8.on the30/8 the money came out for a dna test $240. Now on the10/9 paypal tryed to take 249.99 out an was drcline.how many times do we need to pay out
