I paid to eBay and in PayPal it says pending. EBay says it’s not there

It only says pending It doesn’t let me cancel or it doesn’t give a date. I contacted Ebay and they said the transaction is not accepted by seller. I contacted PayPal from facebook and they said the merchant has to cancel. I just want to cancel the pending and get the money back.

If the seller does not claim your pending payment then it will time out at 30 days and go back to your funding source.
