I can't send money to a friend because it says that we live in different countries and I cannot send money to them, even tho we both live in South Korea and we live in the same province too, my address is in Korea and his Address is also in Korea and we're both using USD.
He said he's had no problem paying people outside of Korea but for some reason we can't send money to eachother?
