I just opened a new account and I can't chose the option "send money to friend or family"

I just opened a new account and I can't chose the option "send money to friend or family", it doesn't even appear. Is there any pre requirements I need to do before using this option?

You need to click on send/ request > send funds > put in the correct email address > then the option for friends/family should be on that page.
