I didn't receive my refund

Hi , I was charged with €198 twice on my PayPal account and when I checked them out I found out that those transactions were done by someone from Germany and I live in israel so I reported this problem and got a refund but the money doesn't appear neither in the PayPal balance nor in my bank account

Issued refunds are refunded to the original funding source used and can take time to be posted by your financial institution.

 

For cards, a week, up to 30 days.

For PayPal balance, fairly instant.

For bank account, 5 to 7 days.

 

If problem persists, contact customer service:
