When I want to link my bank account to my PayPal account, I link successfully and it appears in wallet but when I want to add funds to my account, it doesn’t appear in bank accounts field although all my bank details are correct.
Don't think you have the option to add funds to your paypal account in your country.
However you don't need funds in your balance as a buyer as paypal will auto withdraw them from any linked and confirmed funding source during the payment process.
