I can't get my money from Prolific.com It is being marked as cash out already in progress

I have had an account with Prolific.com for a long time, with Paypal as the payment processor but haven't been able to cash out since April 24. My cashouts are being marked as already a cashout in progress. Nothing seems to be going to Paypal though. I am not the only one dealing with this issue. Do I have to do something different on this end in order for the payments to go through again?
