I attempted to withdraw funds from coursehero, but I received the following error message: "Your PayPal account encountered issues. Please contact PayPal support to correct any issues and confirm that your account is able to receive payments." I have already contacted PayPal support, and they have confirmed that there are no issues with my account. any help please

Are the funds you are trying to transfer in a currency you have added to your Paypal account wallet?

My email is already confirmed in my Paypal account. The Paypal Account is fully verified and the funds are in terms of USD as well as in my PayPal. Withdrawals from Course hero are the only ones failing.
