Sorry, we are unable to link this bank because it is disabled. This message is showing when I try to link my bank account what I want to do?

Its either a bank paypal don't accept ie online or virtual one or another countries OR you have linked it at least 3 times to any paypal account which is the limit.

Failing that have you had a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

Same here. I was trying to add my us bank account but it said that your account is disabled.
