long time paypal account holder. I have a personal account. Today I received $50. There is a new window on the home page which reads "Money is waiting for you" I click accept and the next window asks how I would want the money and one of the choices is leave for paypal balance.
I select that and I get a screen that says all set up and decline the offer for a paypal debit card.
Every time I come back to the home page it still reads "Money is waiting for your, accept the money" and I go through the process again.
I went to ebay to make a purchase. The purchase was for $50.44 Chose paypal. My balance was not an option. only my debit card. I purchased with the debit card option and assumes it was the only option since they would use the $50 I had in my balance and charge the .44 but .. I came bck to paypal and see nothing in "The wallet" and it still asking me to accept the $50 from the sender.
How can I use the money in my balance. I do not want to provide my bank information I just want to use it for online purchases
