I received a refund from Steam, PayPal says the money was sent to a bank account, but nothing has been credited to my account and it's been since November. Another payment that I did not receive is from March of this year. The previous refund, which was in March of last year, came to me the next day without any problems. I cannot open a claim for these payments. Thank you for your help
