Getting while receiving the payment

Hi,

My client is getting the following error when clicked on my paypal.me link. "

This recipient is currently unable to receive payments.

"

I'm using PayPal for the first time. I have verified my email and bank account. I had entered PAN while creating the account. I don't see an option to check if it is verified or not. What should I do?
