Funds haven't been released yet, resolution center can't open a case on it

Hi, I updated the shipping information for online services which I finished. Paypal stated "You’ll get your money within 1 day of delivery" but it's been more than a day. Resolution center stated "We’re sorry, you can’t file a case on this type of transaction". What should I do? I don't want to wait 21 days like the two other payments from before

You can't open a case on paypal against paypal !!

Its paypals new seller hold policy as per link.

Funds are released when tracking shows delivery of the item + 1 day as long as you use one of paypals supported carriers.

If not its 21 days.

Thank you, but I didn't send anything physical towards that person. I did online work for them, so how do I show delivery of an item verified by a courier that don't even exist? Thank you

With payments received for tangible goods Paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the item has been delivered to the buyer. They can validate the tracking information online, so once it is delivered they can release the funds. IF you have received the funds for a service / virtual or digital sale or no tracking number is applicable Paypal would be unable to release the funds any sooner than 21 days.

However If you mark the transaction as processed then the buyer or sender may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer or sender confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, funds may be released sooner ie 7 days after the buyer or sender verifies receipt. This is not always available or guaranteed. 
If not then sadly its 21 days.
