Hi, I decided to buy a puppy then I saw an advertisement in dubzzile I have contacted the seller through WhatsApp and decided to transfer 200 USD through PayPal, after that seller told me that the amount is on hold for 1 week she said I transfer 400 USD PayPal will remove the "on hold" because it is my first time to do a transaction through PayPal, so I did that and she said she canceled the two transactions and she said I will receive an email from PayPal to confirm, I received an email from PayPal but from a Gmail domain which then I discovered that it is fraud. I raised a case in the resolution center but I don't know if this is the right procedure or not and I don't know what can I do in this case. Please Help
