FIVERR money won't arrive !! kindly take a look

I've read this: https://www.paypal.com/al/webapps/mpp/ua/recpymt-full?locale.x=en_AL and I'm in one of these countries. I have CONFIRMED a master card and pay pal took about 3.5USD already and everything is fine. However I still can't get money transferred to my account

I still didn't get things clear, If you could kindly tell me where's the problem? Money isn't even on hold. It's confusing

A mastercard is NOT a visa is it, did you actually bother to read that bit ??
