Every time I use PayPal I get a "payment declined" message, then the payment is made anyway. Do I need to change something?
The payments always happen, but first I get a "declined" message - which is upsetting/irritating. Can I do something to stop them?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
