Doesn't exist email adress

Hello,by mistake send money to doesn't exist email .More than month ago,but still didn't get refund.Can someone help me with this?Thank you

If the email did not exist then the transaction would show as unclaimed with a cancel option so did you cancel it?

If not the it would time out at 30 days and go back to your funding source.

So what does it say on the transaction on your paypal account?

Hello,thanks for replying.I sent money for my brother,but he forgot let me know that he have different email for paypal,and he don't have access to he's old email anymore,so the money is somwhere and is more than month and it's not refunded Thanks

Yes and i couldn't cancel payment.Probably that email adress still exists,just he don't have access,what then in that situation.

What does it say on the transaction on your paypal account? Pending / Sent / Completed?

Hi,it says completed,but i contacted agent and he advised that my brother needs call paypal and explain that he don't have access to old paypal emails .Thanks
