Digital goods, but my payments still say that they are on hold until they're delivered

I created the order via API with the capture intent, category of DIGITAL_GOODS, shipping_preference of NO_SHIPPING, but the payment is still marked as ON HOLD. 

 

What am I doing wrong?

Thank you, give that this is a digital good that was created and completed via api, is there a way to do this automatically?
