about few days ago I closed my paypal account due to unauthorized logins and tried someone to hack my paypal. So i closed the account and reopened a new account for same email. But the problem is i have to confirm a receipt of payment of a payment which paid as goods and service for remove the hold of the payment instead for 21 days for seller. But my account closed and now its not showing in my new paypal account activity page. I know the transaction ID of the transaction. So how do i confirm the receipt of payment. Please help me
If the seller didn't send with tracking which would release the payment then sometimes you get an email to confirm receipt if the seller marks it as order processed. However that option is not always available or guaranteed in which case funds are released at 21 days.
