I'm having the same issue....I have deleted and redownloaded the app several times including on a different phone (wife's phone). After a fresh download your able to read the instructions on it and at the bottom where it says "Get Started" won't click or anything. So then you back out and click on cash check again and nothing comes up at all. Just circle loading. This is irritating because I have been trying to cash a business check and I can't. Also is irritating that the Cash check option is not even on the PayPal business app so you have to have 2 paypal apps that you have to use.
