good evening, what can I do to ensure that a payment goes through to paypal if I ended up cancelling my card due to damage and hence removed it from paypal, but the transaction is still pending in the transaction history on my bank app.
Would it be possible to add the new card I receive and still ensure that paypal can take the money for this prior transaction from my bank account, I just wouldn't want to be breaching any rules as it was not my intention to cause this issue.
