Can't pay off negative balance on time

Hi, I got a negative balance on my paypal account due to insufficient funds on September 28. The issue is that I won't be able to pay the full amount until October 19th, but I can pay about half on October 5th. I was wondering how long do I have to clear the balance and what would be the consequences? Thank you.
