I literally am being told I have no holds or limitations on my account, no blocks no issues. I have a cash available balance and I can’t send money, do instant transfers, or even activate my cash card. Why??

Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future.
