Can't Recieve Payment

i can't recieve payment from someone trying from UK, my KYC is complete, what do i need to do? It says "your recipient can't accept payments at the moment".

To receive Paypal payments in your country read the below link.
https://www.paypal.com/in/webapps/mpp/know-your-customer

Make sure they are sending in a currency you can receive (you can't receive INR).

Also make sure you have linked and confirmed a bank account to allow for the auto withdrawal of funds required in your country.
