Buyer says payment has left his account.

Evening first time on, I have a buyer who says he has made payment to my PayPal account ( using my email address) I have not received any notice of this or that it’s a pending payment, I’m not experienced with this so not sure if he’s at it or not. I’m able to make payments from my account so I assume all is in order with my account would I be correct in saying this ?

Double check the email address they used to send the funds and make sure there were no spelling errors.

Have you confirmed that email address and is it the one linked to your paypal account that he is using? 

Be careful its not a scam and you are getting fake spoof Paypal emails. Do not send until the funds show.

Has the payment been sent in a currency that you can accept?
