I purchased two pairs of jeans on 06/07/21 from Burton online. I returned both items on 14/07/21 and awaited a full refund. On 23/07/21 I received three emails from Burton about refunds for amounts of £7.35, £1.19 and £14.84. To date, I have received refunds of £7.35 and £1.19 back onto my Paypal account. I have been in contact with Burton customer services via Whatsapp, where I have been passed from pillar to post whilst they refuse to rectify my case, despite me sending them evidence. To date there is an outstanding amount of £27.30 owed to me. £35.84 (original transaction) - £8.54 (refunds received) = £27.30. I raised a case with Paypal which was closed as apparently the case was not a billing issue. Any help? Regards, Michael
