I noticed the bill pay option in paypal the other day and i had enough in my paypal to pay off my discover bill. I used the bill pay function to send that money to discover. Paypal asked for my account number and some other details, so i was sure it would work. But after looking around for a couple days with no confirmation that anything has happened except i’ve lost a bunch of money, i’m concerned. Is this normal?? Help?? Please??
