How long does PayPal hold my money? It's been a week since I put $6 to buy BF4 on Steam, but Paypal withheld my money, and the $5.80 Battlefield offer ended.

Because of Paypal I couldn't buy the game. Who can I complain to? If I could give PayPal a rating it would definitely be 0*

What is the need to retain $6? It has no meaning for me, I am very disappointed with the terrible service.

Did you transfer funds TO your paypal balance OR did you receive the funds from a buyer and they were put on hold?

I passed my friend $6 USDT through Binance and he passed $6 to me through Paypal. That's how I got the $6 to buy my game, but PayPal withheld the money.
