Making offers to merchants on Mercari website. These offers automatically processed pymt through paypal and it charged the wrong debit card causing me to have insufficient funds by -$130. I had to pay a $30 bank fee for this and deposit money to that account assp. How can i make sure paypal uses the correct debit card with this website? How do i choose what card is used for what or where? Is there an option to choose one card for a merchant that paypal does not have listed? What do I do? Thank you- anybody who may have an answer for me.o
