Amount is getting deposited in the old account which is frozen, again it comes back to paypal and its doing this for a long time now. Can't contact anyone, Nobody picks the call. What should I do?
Also whenever I try to login via web it says we can't verify you, After reading into community I have tried like multiple times and then I got access to the account.
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
