I recently tried to add link my dutch bank account to my paypal account, however it doesn't work, and I am given a message to "contact us" to link the card. I have previously linked this card to one of my other emails, however, because it was a school email, the account has been closed down since I graduated.
I don't know if that is the issue why I can't add it now
