Someone sent me money and the sum is on hold. It is listed as an open case thats been under review for over a week. This payment was done on the 7th of May so you can understand why I am annoyed waiting for so long for my money. I made contact via messanger and I was informed the bank need to close the open case but this is not possible as the bank account attached was closed down years ago, so my bank for sure didnt activate it. I need the money to stop being on hold or sent back to the person who sent it.
Click “Call Us” option on the bottom to tell PayPal you want the payment returned. Or click “Message Us” to notify PayPal that you want the payment returned to sender.
