why is my linked bank account not a payment option for checking out online anymore?

Hello,
I’ve already gotten my bank account linked sucsessfully since the first time I created my account here on Paypal and never had any issues paying that way.
However, today, when I went to pay for my order, the window popped up to make my payment (from Paypal) and there was no option of paying through my bank account.
bank is confirmed check
bank has money check
bank is in the wallet check!
I added in a credit card to my wallet, just trying to see if that will work and sure enough it does. I went back onto the Shein page to make my payment and it had the credit card listed....however...when I clicked "payment>change>" it just showed me JUST the credit card in the wallet. It's as if my bank's disappeared!
And when I go onto Paypal's website my bank is very much active and confirmed IN my wallet.. Anyone experienced something similar? Would love to know.
Thanks
PS I'm from Canada so I wouldn't be able to add in a debit card (bank card) because it's not part of Visa, Discover, etc etc.
