refund gone wrong

I did a refund yesterday!I had paid with a card i had connected on my paypal account and when i finished the payment i deleted the card from my account.There was a problem with the payment so i did a refund!Now that the site sent me my money back i havent received the money in the card or in my balance!It just says i have got some money(from the refund 9.60€)!I wonder if you can help me with this because i need that money to buy something!Dont forget that i wont mind if you can just fix this and tranfer me the money on my paypal balance istead of the card!Thanks a lot

Thank you for your post. I am sorry to hear that you haven't received your refund. Please note, all the refunds will be credited into the original funding source that was used to make the payment, although card has been removed from your PayPal account. Refund to cards usually takes 2 to 5 days for the amount to reflect on your card but depending on your card issuer's processing time, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement.
