I've been trying last week to transfer the funds from my Paypal wallet to my bank account. I've stopped for a week and tried again today, but I'm always receiving this or a similar error. This other one says that I can try again in a minute or two or contact Paypal.

I've tried already a few times to reach the customer service, but the bot always states that no one is available at the moment.

Is there a limit to how much you can transfer or any additional identification that I need to do to withdraw the money?

I want to get to my money and delete my account here.

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

Hm... where can I add my country? I did add my address and nationality, but not country. I am from Croatia and my card is also Croatian.
