money is stuck in money in paypal account

hi,

i recently got a refund from a transaction i did and i have money in my money in paypal account of which i cant access because i cant link any bank account to paypal because of the country i am in (kenya).

how can i best go about accessing these funds.

To withdraw funds you need to use the services of M-PESA or Equity Bank to transfer out of a Kenyan PayPal account.
If unable to get those to work customer service assistance would be needed.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
