money deducted from bank account, but no money on PayPal account

I've sent some money from my bank account to my PayPal I-BAN number. The money has been deducted, but no money has arrived on my PayPal account. It's almost 2 days since the deduction on my bank account.

Thank you very much for your answer.

Sadly there have been 6 days now and there is still no money on my account. So I have to assume something went wrong. Any ideas? Or any hint how to tackle the problem.

(The assistant from PayPal is catastrophic and a Phone Number to call I haven’t found yet)
