moneu hold for 21days

I need some help...

I just made a new paypal account yesterday. I couldn't link my bank or card yet because it didn't work.

but to test my boyfriend send me money on the paypal account but it is on hold for 21 days..

I am not doing business this account was made because my boyfriend asked me to make.

how should I do to unhold the money?

Does the money have to be on hold everytime he send me money?

Please need some advice and help

If you don't have the friends/family payment option in your country then all payments will be viewed as for goods/services regardless of account type.

Maybe see if xoom is available to you instead?
