make my payments extra safe

I wish to use paypal as a payment option for my xbox. is there a way to add an extra approval level, like to be notified and asked to accept payments from xbox/microsoft?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! Unfortunately, there wouldn't be an additional layer of security designed for payments through a Billing Agreement like one with Xbox / Microsoft once they are set up. I would recommend seeing if there's an additional layer of security or password you can set up on your Xbox before any payments can be authorized.
